Terms & Conditions
These conditions govern the eligibility, scope and administration of benefits advertised by DealoraMart with the statement “Terms & Conditions Apply”. Such benefits may include product coverage, extended protection, membership privileges, promotional discounts and free shipping.
They apply together with the specific offer details disclosed before purchase and our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. They do not create a benefit that has not been expressly advertised or remove rights available under applicable law.
1. Scope and interpretation
For this policy:
“Offer” means a benefit expressly advertised by DealoraMart in connection with an eligible purchase.
“Coverage” means protection against specified product issues described in the relevant offer. It does not automatically mean insurance against accidental damage or loss.
“Eligible purchase” means an order satisfying the conditions disclosed with the offer.
“Coverage period” means the duration applicable to that purchase, as stated before checkout.
References to protection, coverage or a warranty must be read according to their advertised scope. They do not constitute a promise that a product or device cannot be damaged.
2. Offer conditions
The relevant offer must identify its material conditions, including, where applicable:
- Eligible products and purchase dates.
- The benefit provided and its duration.
- Covered defects and significant exclusions.
- Membership or registration requirements.
- Minimum purchase values and delivery restrictions.
- Any payment required to obtain the benefit.
A general reference to this policy does not replace disclosure of material limitations alongside the offer.
Conditions introduced after purchase will not retrospectively reduce an existing entitlement.
3. Eligibility and verification
Benefits apply only to qualifying purchases and are not automatically available across the entire store.
We may request an order number, receipt or other reasonable evidence to verify the transaction and applicable offer.
Registration requirements, purchase-channel restrictions and membership conditions apply only where disclosed before purchase. Missing original packaging alone will not invalidate an otherwise eligible request.
Decisions will be based on the published conditions and available evidence.
4. Offers described as “up to”
“Up to” identifies the maximum available duration, amount or benefit. It does not mean every purchase qualifies for that maximum.
Where different levels apply, the offer must explain which purchases qualify for each level. The applicable entitlement must be identifiable before checkout.
This wording will not be used to conceal a shorter coverage period or an undisclosed eligibility requirement.
5. Commencement and duration
Unless the specific offer states otherwise, product coverage begins on the delivery date.
The applicable period is the one disclosed with the purchase. Later changes do not reduce that period.
A request reported within the coverage period remains eligible for assessment if the investigation continues after expiry.
Expiry of an advertised benefit does not automatically extinguish a separate right or remedy available under law.
6. Membership and extended benefits
Membership benefits apply only where a programme and its qualifying conditions have been published.
Any membership requirement for extended coverage must be identified before purchase. Fees, activation requirements, renewal conditions and the consequences of membership expiry must also be disclosed where relevant.
No subscription charge or paid renewal will be imposed without express agreement.
Membership wording does not, by itself, create additional coverage beyond the benefit promised.
7. Covered product issues
Where manufacturing-defect coverage is advertised, it applies to verified faults in materials, construction or production within the stated scope.
A defect may qualify even if it becomes apparent after normal use. Use of the product does not, by itself, establish misuse.
Damage on arrival, incorrect items and material differences from the confirmed order are also addressed under our Return & Refund Policy. They will not be treated solely as optional promotional benefits.
8. Exclusions and limitations
Unless expressly included, additional coverage does not extend to:
- Ordinary wear, surface scratching or gradual deterioration consistent with use.
- Accidental damage or improper handling.
- Forcing a case onto an incompatible device.
- Deliberate bending, cutting or intentional damage.
- Unauthorised alterations that cause the reported issue.
- Exposure contrary to the care instructions supplied.
- A change of mind or an incorrect selection made at checkout.
An exclusion applies only where relevant to the reported problem. Unrelated cosmetic wear will not automatically invalidate a manufacturing-defect claim.
These exclusions remain subject to mandatory consumer protections.
9. Product images and appearance
Photographs, digital previews and mockups illustrate a product’s design and appearance. Minor differences may arise from screen settings, lighting, photography and production processes.
Camera openings, dimensions and artwork positioning may vary between phone models. The supplied product must correspond to the model selected in the confirmed order.
Such variations do not excuse incorrect designs, missing advertised features, defective workmanship or material inconsistencies with the listing.
10. Device protection
Our cases are designed to help protect devices during everyday use. Performance depends on the case, its fit and condition, handling and the circumstances of an impact.
Coverage for the case does not automatically include repair or replacement of a phone, screen or other property.
Any device-repair, accidental-damage or replacement benefit must be expressly advertised with its eligibility conditions and limits. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Submitting a request
Send requests to DealoraMartCustomerSupport@gmail.com with:
- Your order number or another valid proof of purchase.
- A description of the issue and when it appeared.
- Clear photographs showing the item and affected area.
- Other information reasonably relevant to the request.
An unboxing video is not mandatory.
For damage or errors apparent on arrival, follow the reporting guidance in our Return & Refund Policy. A later-developing defect is assessed against the applicable coverage period and legal rights, rather than automatically rejected under the arrival-reporting timeframe.
Personal information submitted during the assessment is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Inspection and supporting evidence
We may request additional photographs, clarification or a physical inspection where reasonably necessary to assess the cause of an issue.
Retain the product during the review, where reasonably possible. Do not return it until we provide instructions.
If further evidence is needed, we will explain what is required. A request will not be declined solely for failing to provide material that is unnecessary or cannot reasonably be obtained.
13. Deliberate damage and false claims
Information submitted must accurately describe the product’s condition and the circumstances of the issue.
A claim may be declined where evidence establishes fabricated defects, deliberate damage presented as a manufacturing fault, altered purchase documents or misleading evidence material to the assessment.
We will explain the findings supporting the decision. Suspicion alone will not be treated as proof.
Any response to established fraud will be proportionate and subject to applicable law. A separate valid entitlement will not be removed merely because another aspect of a request is disputed.
14. Remedies and replacements
For an approved request, DealoraMart will provide the benefit promised at purchase, subject to applicable legal rights.
If the advertised remedy cannot reasonably be supplied, we will discuss an appropriate alternative. A different design or product will not be substituted without agreement.
A replacement does not automatically restart the coverage period unless expressly promised or required by law. Separate rights concerning the replacement remain unaffected.
A limit on claims or replacements will not be imposed retrospectively where it was not disclosed with the offer.
Production and delivery arrangements are explained in our Shipping Policy. An estimated timeframe will be provided when the replacement is arranged.
15. Charges and refunds
Returns required to resolve a verified covered manufacturing defect will be arranged at DealoraMart’s expense.
Any other proposed assessment, collection or delivery charge must have a valid disclosed basis and be explained before the customer agrees to incur it.
Where a monetary refund is due, it will be processed under our Return & Refund Policy. Store credit will not be imposed instead of money owed.
Our supplier’s reimbursement terms do not determine or reduce our obligations to customers.
16. Discounts and free shipping
Promotional discounts and free shipping apply when the published eligibility conditions are met. The final order total and shipping charge are displayed at checkout.
Offers cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.
Ending or changing a promotion will not remove a valid benefit already included with an accepted order. Free shipping does not alter processing or delivery estimates unless stated.
Further delivery information is available in our Shipping Policy.
17. Assessment decisions and complaints
We will communicate the outcome of a request and explain any refusal by reference to the applicable conditions and findings.
If you disagree, you may request a review by providing additional evidence or explaining the disputed point.
Send purchase-related complaints and requests for review to DealoraMartCustomerSupport@gmail.com, including the original correspondence where available.
Our assessment is not binding on a court, consumer commission or other competent authority. Accepting communication about a decision does not waive further remedies.
18. Account restrictions and suspension
DealoraMart may temporarily suspend or permanently restrict an account where evidence establishes fraudulent activity, deliberate submission of false claims, payment abuse, unauthorised access, threats, harassment or other unlawful conduct.
A temporary restriction may be applied while a credible security or fraud concern is investigated. Permanent restrictions will be proportionate to the seriousness and repetition of the conduct.
Where lawful and reasonably practicable, we will explain the reason, scope and effect of the restriction. Details may be withheld where disclosure would compromise security, another person’s privacy or a legal investigation.
Suspension will not automatically cancel an accepted order, forfeit money paid or remove valid refund, coverage or statutory rights. Affected orders will be addressed separately, and email support will remain available for existing purchases.
Negative reviews, genuine complaints, good-faith claims and the lawful exercise of payment-dispute or consumer rights are not, by themselves, grounds for restriction.
19. Appeals
You may appeal a restriction through the appeal option, where available, or by emailing DealoraMartCustomerSupport@gmail.com.
Include your account email, relevant order numbers, the reason for your appeal and supporting evidence.
We will review your submission and notify you of the outcome. The restriction may be lifted, modified or maintained based on the findings.
If you cannot access your account or the appeal option is unavailable, you may still submit an appeal by email.
An appeal decision does not prevent you from seeking a remedy through a competent authority.
20. Applicable law and legal proceedings
These conditions are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory protections applicable to the customer.
Nothing requires a customer to surrender a legally available complaint forum, accept compulsory private arbitration or bring proceedings exclusively in a location that would unlawfully restrict their rights.
Customers may approach a competent consumer commission, court, payment provider or regulatory authority as permitted by law. Internal review is not a mandatory precondition where the law provides direct access.
21. Consumer rights
These conditions do not exclude responsibility for misleading representations, defective products or other matters for which liability cannot legally be excluded.
Advertised benefits are additional to mandatory consumer protections. Supplier restrictions and operational arrangements do not replace DealoraMart’s responsibilities.
If a provision conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, that requirement takes precedence. The remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
22. Changes to these conditions
Revisions will be published on this page and apply prospectively.
The conditions disclosed when an order was placed govern the benefits attached to that purchase, except where a change is required by law or separately agreed with the customer.
